Once your "Emergency Work Order Agreement" has been signed, we can perform necessary work and bill your insurance for the work we've done. At this time, our staff does not collect any deductible.
3. Begin Dry Down
With each plan, proven industry techniques are used to restore the area to its original condition, which typically includes:
- Open affected ceilings and walls
- Remove porous and hazardous materials
- Place dehumidifiers and air movers
- Remove molding, wet pad or carpet, and insulation
- Treating damage with eco-friendly antimicrobial agents

4. Monitor and Test Pre-Loss Moisture Level
We will leave our water remediation equipment on the site for three to five days. It may be necessary to check in for moisture readings or to adjust equipment based on the job. To ensure the drying process is complete, we will conduct a final moisture test and inspect the affected areas.
5. Prepare and Deliver Estimate
